Do I need a membership to shop at Pet Club?
You do not need a membership to shop here. We are open to the public.
Do you have a rewards program?
We do not have a rewards program at this time.

We do not have an affiliate or partnership program.
PAYMENT
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards by VISA & MasterCard, debit cards, cash, and Pet Club gift certificates.
Do you sell gift cards or gift certificates?
We offer gift certificates. They are available at check out from the cashier.
PETS
Are pets allowed in the store?
Yes - pets on a leash are allowed in the store.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
Food & Supplies
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund. Returns/exchange must be within 30 days from purchase date, at the same store location the item was purchased, and accompanied by its original packaging and store receipt.
Items without a receipt or made after 30 days from purchase date are ineligible for return/exchange.
Freshwater Fish
All Freshwater Fish are guaranteed for 7 days within receipt purchase date. All freshwater claims must be accompanied by receipt, deceased fish, and a water sample.
Saltwater Fish
All Saltwater Fish are guaranteed for 1 day within receipt purchase date. All saltwater claims must be accompanied by receipt, deceased fish, and a water sample.
*Pet Club reserves the right to limit returns and exchanges regardless of receipt.
